Storm men's track and field grabs two new top-ten marks in school history

MARYVILLE, Mo. - James Johnson and Jchaun Townsend put together new top-ten performances in program history in the mile and 60m dash respectively.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

• James Johnson recorded the third fastest mile time in Simpson history, posting a time of 4:11.84 minutes at the Wartburg select. Johnson now sits only three seconds behind record holder Spencer Moon.
• Jchaun Townsend continued to impress, logging the sixth fastest time in 60m in school history, finishing with a time of 6.95 seconds.
