Storm Track and Field post strong showing at Wartburg Outdoor Select meet
WAVERLY, Iowa - Highlighted by sixth fastest time in school history in the 4x100 relay, the Storm saw action at the Wartburg Outdoor Select on Saturday.
MEET HIGHLIGHTS
- The 4x100 relay team made up of Shaymus Santiago, Joseph Sams, Kendrick Achebe, and Daniel Pere set the sixth fastest time in school history in the event.
- Brenden Godbout finished second overall in the 400m hurdles with his time of 56.10 seconds.
- Corbin Truitt came in fourth overall in the 800m race with his time of 1:57.80 minutes.
- Joseph Sams claimed a top-five mark in the 100m dash with his time of 10.77 seconds.
