2025 | senior

• Ran a career-best 1:55.03 in the outdoor 800m and 4:01.76 in the outdoor 1500m 
• Clocked a career-best 1:58.57 in the indoor 800m and 2:36.24 in the indoor 1000m
• Competed in the mile and the 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams

2024 | junior

• Ran the opening leg of the 4x800 meter relay at the A-R-C Indoor Championships as the team broke the school record in a time of 7:55.90
• Ran a 1:58.89 in the 800 meters at the Kip Janvrin Open, a new season best
• Clocked a season-best 4:07.71 in the 1,500 meters at the Jim Duncan Invitational

2023 | sophomore

• Only one of two Storm athletes to go under two minutes in both the indoor and outdoor versions of the 800 meters
• His career-best of 1:57.27 at the Kip Janvrin Open was the third-fastest by a Storm runner on the year
• Part of the 4x800 meter (8:04.85) and distance medley relay (10:29.19) teams at the A-R-C Indoor Championships, moving into fourth and eighth all-time in school history, respectively

2022 | freshman

• Was just one of three Storm runners to break the two-minute barrier in the 800 meters, clocking a time of 1:59.81 at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Part of the indoor distance medley team that finished fourth at the Grinnell Invitational in a time of 11:05.44
