Storm men's track and field open 2025 at Chelsey Henkenius Invite

WAVERLY, Iowa - Corbin Truitt earned his spot in the Storm history books, finishing fourth overall and eighth in school history in the 1000m race as the Storm opened the new year at the Chelsey Henkenius Invitational on Saturday.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

• Corbin Truitt placed eighth in school history in the 1000m race with a time of 2:36.34, finishing fourth in the event.
• Adonis McKenzie took home second overall in the 400m dash with a time 52.33 seconds.
• Clarke Latcham earned his second place finish in the high jump, clearing 1.95m and narrowly missing out on a top-10 finish in school history.
