2025 | fifth year

• Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region in both the 400m hurdles and 4x100 relay
• Took home third place and All-Conference honors at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles and 4x100 relay
• Member of the 4x100 relay team that broke the school record with a best time of 40.94 seconds
• Placed third all-time in program history in the 400m hurdles with a time of 52.74 seconds

2024 | senior

• Picked up his first career all-conference at the A-R-C Indoor Championships in the 4x400 meter relay
• Earned his second all-conference honor in the outdoor 400 meter hurdles in a time of 53.49, the fifth-fastest time in school history
• Part of the 4x400 meter relay team that ran a 3:14.86, the sixth-fastest time in school history, to win the event at the Wartburg Triangular
• Qualified for the 60 meter hurdle final at the A-R-C Indoor Championships in a career-best 8.47
• Set a career-best in the 110 meter hurdle prelims at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships in a time of 15.07

2023 | junior

• Won the 400 meter hurdles in a time of 54.34 at the Jim Dutcher Memorial, the eighth-fastest time in school history
• Set a new career-best in the 60 meter hurdles at the conference indoor championships with a time of 8.52
• Qualified for the finals of both the 110 meter hurdles and the 400 meter hurdles at the conference outdoor championships, running a career-best 15.14 in the 110 meter hurdle prelims

2022 | sophomore

• Won the 400 meter hurdles at the Central Dutch Invite in a time of 58.03
• Ran a season-best 8.85 in the 60 meter hurdles at the A-R-C Indoor Championships

2021 | freshman

• Finished fifth in the pentathlon at the A-R-C Indoor Championships with a career-best score of 3046
• Won the indoor high jump at the BVU Triangular with a mark of 1.70 meters

• A 2020 graduate of Glenwood High School
• Four-year letterwinner in both track and cross country
