Simpson excels in 200m; battles at the Cyclone Open

AMES, Iowa - Emma Cooper and Aubrey McDaniel capture top-ten performances in school history in the 200m race as Simpson competed at the Cyclone Open on Friday.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

Emma Cooper placed top-eight in the 200m race while recording the third fastest time in school history at 26.15 seconds.
Joining Cooper in the 200m top-ten times in program history was Aubrey McDaniel who placed 12th overall but her time of 26.73 seconds ranked her seventh fastest in Storm history.
Olivia Merrill took home the highest finish for any Storm, earning sixth overall in the shot put at 12.41m.
