Simpson men’s tennis falls at Midland
FREMONT, Neb. -- The Simpson College men's tennis squad started April with a roadtrip to Nebraska to take on Midland University in a nonconference bout, but left the Cornhusker State with a 7-0 loss.
The Storm moved to 2-9 as the Warriors (9-4) snapped a string of six-straight losses to Simpson.
Midland swept all matches and allowed the Storm to win four games in singles play and two in the doubles matches.
Reade Reiter, Aaron Price, Caleb Vasconez and Peter Walkwitz won a game in their singles matches to pace the squad.
