ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Simpson College women's basketball team dropped a 76-52 nonconference contest to Colorado College on Friday night.
Led by Zoe Tomlinson's double-double of 18 points and 15 rebounds, Colorado College (3-0) led wire-to-wire and took advantage of 12 3-pointers, including eight in the first half. Simpson (1-2) won the turnover battle 18-9 but shot just 38.3 percent from the field compared to the Tigers' 52.6 percent efficiency.
