Storm earn five All-A-R-C picks
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Highlighted by a pair of dominant arms on the first team, the Simpson College baseball program placed five players on the 2025 All-American Rivers Conference Team.
Fifth-year standout Trey Castile closed out his remarkable career as a four-time all-conference honoree, earning his third consecutive first team selection after another strikeout-filled season. Fellow first teamer Dante Dolash delivered a breakout campaign on the mound, leading the Storm in ERA and providing consistency out of the bullpen all season.
On the offensive side, junior designated hitter Nate Cagley and sophomore outfielder Trenten Kingrey powered Simpson's lineup with steady production, each earning spots on the second team. Freshman infielder Jacob Roberts made an immediate impact in his debut season, collecting honorable mention accolades as one of the top newcomers in the league.
