Storm remain in seventh after 54 holes

WAVERLY, Iowa (Oct. 9, 2010) - Kayla Miller leads Simpson in 20th place after three rounds at the Iowa Conference Championships, held a Pheasant Ridge Golf Course.

Miller (Odebolt, Iowa) shot a 90 on Friday, giving her 270 (89-91-90) to lead the Storm, which sits in seventh place (362-366-371--1,099). Wartburg leads (322-332-326--980), Central is second (336-322-346--1,004), followed by Luther (345-343-351--1039), Coe (360-356-356--1,072), Loras (343-357-373--1,073) and Buena Vista (358-359-372--1,089). Cornell is eighth (391-400-405--1,196) and Dubuque is ninth (398-389-423--1,210).

Chelsy Manny (Winterset, Iowa) fired the low-round for Simpson with an 89 and is now tied for 24th (98-90-89--277). Molly Hill (Norwalk, Iowa) is tied for 32nd (91-93-97--281) with Jenni Stumpf (Rolfe, Iowa) (92-92-97--281) and Stacy Bergeson (Ackley, Iowa) is 35th (90-99-95--284).
