Mike Turnure enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Simpson baseball team in 2012. Tunure was a two-year letterwinner for the Storm in 2005 and 2006 after transferring from Iowa Western CC. The West Des Moines, Iowa native started in 73 games as a middle infielder for the Storm.
