Simpson advances to semifinal round of NWCA National Duals

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Simpson College women's wrestling team advanced to the semifinal round of the NWCA Division III National Duals with a pair of dominant wins on Friday.

Seeded second in the bracket, the Storm (7-4) defeated Marymount 45-3 and Pacific 41-8. Simpson tallied 13 pins, three forfeits, and one technical fall. 

Simpson will face Western New England in the semifinals at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
