Softball finishes 21st on NFCA team GPA ranking
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Simpson College softball team ranked No. 21 in the 2023-24 Easton/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III Team GPA list released on Tuesday.
The Storm compiled a grade point average of 3.665 and tied Wis.-Eau Claire for the most All-America Scholar-Athletes in DIII with 22 recipients.
Any team with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher was eligible to be named to the Easton/NFCA team list, while individuals had to maintain a GPA of at least 3.5.
