Storm men's tennis prepped for 2026 spring action
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Led by a young core of players, the Simpson men's tennis team looks to build on momentum earned in the fall season after placing ninth in the American Rivers Conference preseason coaches poll.
Leading the way in the polling was Luther who amassed seven first place votes, followed by Coe and their two first place votes. Wartburg, Loras, and Central made up the top five with Nebraska Wesleyan, Dubuque, Buena Vista, and Simpson rounding out the list.
Simpson is led by senior Grant Love, who is the lone senior on the roster. Simpson features junior Blane Wallace, along with sophomores Darek Kayser and Seth Orta, along with newcomers Hudson Christie, Henry Godar, and Reid Jackson.
