Rollison, Doiron named CGA Regular Season All-Americans

INDIANOLA, Iowa – With postseason competition underway, the Simpson College men's gymnastics team placed two athletes on the College Gymnastics Association (CGA) Regular Season All-America Team.

Brian Rollison earned All-America recognition on still rings, while Noah Doiron was selected in the all-around.

The honor is awarded to the top eight gymnasts in each event and the all-around based on four-score averages compiled by Road to Nationals.

Rollison put together another dominant rings season, averaging a 13.783 with five scores of 13.500 or higher. He tied his own school record with a 13.950 at the USA Gymnastics Championships and enters the postseason having won four consecutive rings titles to close out the regular season.

Doiron emerged as an all-around contributor for the Storm, competing in the event four times and capturing two titles. The freshman posted a career-best score of 73.150 on March 7 and delivered consistent performances across all six events, highlighted by his 13.090 average on vault.

Simpson next competes for Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference trophies on April 4 in West Point, N.Y.
