Storm hold at seven in latest USTFCCCA regional ranking
NEW ORLEANS - After a strong finish at the A-R-C Championships last weekend, the Simpson men's cross country team came in at seven in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) regional rankings.
The Storm held firm in the regional rankings after taking home fourth overall at the A-R-C Championships, including All-Conference performances from James Johnson, and Cole Leggett. Simpson was one of five A-R-C schools featured in the polling, including top-ranked Wartburg, Loras, Central and Nebraska Wesleyan.
The Storm return to action next weekend, traveling to Waverly, Iowa for the NCAA Midwest Regionals on Friday, Nov. 15 for an 11:00 a.m. race.
