Bucklin reaches finals in 100 hurdles
BEREA, Ohio - Lauren Bucklin (Bondurant, Iowa/Bondurant-Farrar) qualified for the finals in the 100-meter hurdles Friday at the 2010 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by Baldwin-Wallace College.
Bucklin won the first heat of the 100 hurdles, turning in a season-best time of 14.14, the third-fastest qualifying time. The senior assured herself All-American status for the second event of the championships after qualifying for the finals in the 400 hurdles on Thursday.
The finals in the 100 hurdles are scheduled to begin at 1:45 p.m. Saturday. Simpson's complete schedule for Saturday can be found below.
