Simpson set to host Luther L. Hill Wrestling Invitational

INDIANOLA, Iowa — The Simpson wrestling team hosts the Luther L. Hill Invitational on Saturday, Dec. 10 at Cowles Fieldhouse. Saturday marks the fourth annual invitational, named after the late Simpson College benefactor and wrestling enthusiast. 

The tournament begins at 9 a.m. Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for non-Simpson students. Simpson students, faculty and staff will be admitted free of charge.

Close to 150 wrestlers from nine teams across the Midwest will participate in the tournament. In addition to Simpson, wrestlers from Central Missouri, Coe, Dakota Wesleyan, Graceland, Grand View, Lindenwood (Ill.), McKendree (Ill.), Minnesota State and William Penn will compete. Wrestlers from both the Iowa and Iowa State wrestling clubs will also be competing.
