2025 | junior

• Ran 4:32:86 in the mile at the Liz Wuertz Indoor
• Clocked 8:55:80 in the 3000 meter at the Wartburg Select
• Finished in 15:22:01 in the 5000 meter at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships

2024 | sophomore

• Set indoor career-bests in the mile, 3,000 meters, and 5,000 meters
• Ran a career-best in the 1,500 meters in a time of 4:07.70 at the Wartburg Triangular
• Placed eighth in the outdoor 5,000 meters at the A-R-C Championships with a career-best 15:32.28

2023 | freshman

• Competed from the 800 meters all the way up to the 5,000 meters
• Ran a 2:10.55 in the 800 at the Central Dual meet
