- Majors' 37-yard field goal with 42 seconds remaining gave Simpson a 20-17 victory at Buena Vista. His 43-yarder earlier in the game was the fifth-longest in school history.

- Von Behren caught seven passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns, including a 50-yarder, in a 20-17 win against Buena Vista.

- Von Behren took the first play of scrimmage for a 57-yard touchdown, then later caught TD passes of 9 and 10 yards. He finished with six catches for 135 yards and a carry for 21 yards. He also recorded three tackles on special teams, one following each of his touchdowns.

- Four of Donnenwerth's seven punts landed inside the 20, including two inside the 5, averaging more than 40 yards a kick. He rushed for a career best 32-yard TD on a bootleg in the third quarter and was 14-for-20 passing in a 35-6 win against Dubuque.

- Kain scored all three touchdowns in Simpson's 20-13 victory over Coe. His 190 yards (on 10 receptions) are the sixth most in a game by a Simpson receiver.

- Ripke helped Simpson record its first shutout since 2001 as the Storm defeated Cornell 55-0. He recorded 10 total tackles, four for loss and three sacks while breaking up two passes.

- Kain broke the Simpson school record for most pass catches Nov. 1 against Loras. Kain caught a career high 15 passes to raise his season total to 63, breaking the old mark of 61 set last season by Jesse Von Behren. He had 222 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

- Westphal had 11 tackles (nine solo), three pass breakups, two fumbles caused and an interception in helping limit Luther to only 98 passing yards during the Storm's 21-7 victory.
Mike Tiedemann, WR, Nov. 17, 2003
- Tiedeman reset the school record for most touchdown catches in a game with four against Upper Iowa Nov. 15. His 248 yards (on eight catches) against Upper Iowa were the second most in a game by a Simpson receiver.
Dusty Kain, WR, Sept. 7, 2004
- Kain caught of 13 passes for 181 yards in a 13-7 win. He has caught double-digit passes and gone over 100 yards in eight of his last 12 games dating to the start of the 2003 season. The Storm offense was driving once again in the fourth quarter, when Andrew Tarman picked off a Jacob Johnson pass at the Illinois Wesleyan 40. He returned the ball to the Simpson 45, but Kain forced Tarman to fumble, Kain recovered, and gave the Storm the ball back.

- Ripke had a game-high nine tackles, all solo, in Simpson's 31-13 win against Dubuque. He was in the Spartan backfield frequently, with six tackles for loss of 24 yards and three sacks. He also broke up a pass.

- Ripke had seven solo tackles and tied the school record with four sacks in a 17-7 win against Buena Vista. Simpson held the Beavers to a school-record minus-46 yards rushing.

- McFall had a career-high 12 solo tackles (13 total) in Simpson's loss to Coe 24-17. He had two tackles for loss, a sack and a pass broken up.
Bill Nelson, K, Nov. 1, 2005
- Nelson hit a school-record 50-yard field goal and was 4-for-4 on extra points in a 31-23 win against Buena Vista. Of his five kickoffs, four were for touchbacks.

- Ripke had 14 tackles in a 31-23 win against Buena Vista. Just three were solo, but he had three and a half sacks and five tackles for loss.

- Kern had 19 tackles (six solo) in a 40-7 win against Dubuque. He had six tackles for loss of 42 yards (four sacks) as Simpson set a school record by allowing minus-74 yards rushing.
BJ Bengard, DL, Sept. 4, 2006
- Bengard tallied 13 tackles (eight solo), two fumble recoveries, one sack and one forced fumble in Simpson’s 30-16 loss to Concordia (Wis.).
Bill Nelson, K, Sept. 4, 2006
- Nelson scored 10 of the 16 Storm points in a loss to Concordia (Wis.). He set a school record for most field goals in a game with three hitting from 37, 35 and 25 yards out. Nelson has hit all eight of his field goal attempts in his career.
Dustin Schelling, DL, Sept. 11, 2006
- Schelling was in Bethel's backfield all day, finishing with 11 tackles (seven solo), five tackles for loss, three sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. One of his recoveries was returned 88 yards for a touchdown to give the Storm a 10-0 lead after the first quarter.

- Reutzel ran 23 times for 209 and two touchdowns, becoming the first Simpson running back since 1998 to rush for at least 100 yards in four consecutive games. He also punted four times with a 47-yard average in a 28-9 win against Luther.
Nathan Hawkins, P, Oct. 25, 2016
- Hawkins averaged a school-record 52.7 yards on six punts, pinning Loras inside its own 15 four times, including one at the 8 and one that was fumbled and recovered by Simpson. He had three punts of 50-plus yards, including a 66-yarder that is the fifth-longest in school history. Saturday marked the first punts of Hawkins' career.

- Hawkins had three punts of 50-plus yards, including a 70-yarder that is tied for the second-longest in school history. He also had a 61-yarder and a 52-yarder. Five of his nine were inside the Nebraska Wesleyan 20, helping lead to a 49.0-yard average.

- The alliterative signal-caller threw four touchdown passes for the third consecutive game as Simpson won 38-33 at defending IIAC champion Coe. Sasso was 27-for-37 passing for 340 yards and the interception he threw required such an amazing job by the defense that it was named the D3football.com Play of the Week. On Simpson's two fourth-quarter touchdown drives, he converted on third-and-9, third-and-8, third-and-15 and third-and-6.
Brendan Holmes, S, Sept. 17, 2019
- Holmes forced a fumble on the opponent's 24-yard line to help set up a game-clinching field goal for the Storm in a 27-23 win vs. Chicago. He also led the team with 11 tackles, seven solo, forced three fumbles and recorded a sack.
Noah Cracraft, WR, Oct. 1, 2024
- Cracraft continued his streak of scoring in every game this season -- and in every game in his young collegiate career -- with a pair of touchdowns in Simpson's 66-14 win over Loras. It was his third straight week scoring multiple touchdowns. His first touchdown was for 12 yards, while his second was from 46 yards out as he finished with 13 catches for 178 yards on the day.
CJ Hangartner, LB, Sept. 27, 2025
- Hangartner delivered his second defensive touchdown of the season with a 74-yard interception return in the second quarter of Simpson's 41-0 win at Buena Vista. His pick-six marked the fourth-longest interception return in program history and jumpstarted a Storm defense that produced three defensive scores and the team's first shutout since 2019. Added six solo tackles, including one for loss, and a pass breakup.
Noah Noland, LB, Oct. 28, 2025
- Noland matched his career high with 18 total tackles in Simpson's 27-7 win over Dubuque. Twelve of them were solo stops, and he had two sacks for a loss of nine yards. He helped Simpson keep Dubuque out of the end zone with a goal-line stand on third-and-goal from the 2, keeping the Spartans from being able to score before the game went to halftime.

- Noland posted 17 tackles, including a career-high 14 solo, and blocked two extra points in the fourth quarter, including the potential game-tying kick with 1:11 left, preserving Simpson's 28-27 victory at Loras and undefeated record on the road. He registered two and a half tackles for loss, a quarterback hurry, and his second sack of the season as part of another all-around performance.
