A dynamic two-sport competitor, Brad Vogel left his mark at Simpson as both a record-setting football player and a conference champion sprinter.

On the football field, Brad was a game-changer every time he touched the ball. As a return specialist, he earned three all-conference awards and was named first team all-region while setting numerous records, including career kick return yards (2,601), career kick returns (111), single-season kick return yards (818, 2012), and single-season kick returns (34, 2010). 

Brad also excelled as a wideout for the Storm, earning three all-conference selections and one all-region honor. He ranks among the top five in several career categories, including receiving yards (2,535, 4th), receptions (199, 3rd), receiving touchdowns (24, 5th), and receptions per game (5.40, 3rd). His receiving and return yardage rank him at the top the Simpson leaderboard in career all-purpose yards (5,687). 

Brad's success extended to the track, where he captured Iowa Conference titles in the indoor 55 meters and outdoor 200 meters while earning six all-conference honors. He graduated with the school record in the indoor 4x200 relay and still ranks in the top 10 for the indoor 60 meters and outdoor 100 and 200 meters.
