Katie Murano ran a 24:59.8 to trim a minute off her previous time in this distance this year.

Comments from Coach Moenck
"Our women showed remarkable improvement from out first 6K two weeks ago. They competed throughout the race and were rewarded with many lifetime bests. Mackenzie Laughlin was back an injury and ran outstanding today. Also Cat Lucht and Abby Loecke were terrific today."
