Roberts placed second at 174 pounds, Sand took fourth at 141 and Entz came in fifth at 149 for the Storm.
Roberts took advantage of a 10-man, 174-pound bracket, going 2-1 on the day and advancing to the championship. After a first-round bye, Roberts pinned Chance Shea (Harper) and took a 12-7 decision over Andrew Carter-Johnson (Missouri Baptist). He met Ethan Ball (Coe) in the title match, falling 10-0.
Sand went 2-2 in the 141-pound bracket. He recovered from a loss by fall in the quarterfinals with a 7-3 decision over Luke Kremer (Coe) in the consolation semifinals. He then dropped a narrow, 3-2 decision to Peter Stewart (Iowa Western) in the third-place match to finish fourth.
Entz had the busiest day of any Simpson wrestler, going 5-2 in a deep 149-pound bracket. He dropped his first match of the day, but rattled off two consecutive pins before winning a 5-1 decision over Tim Noverini (Coe). He proceeded to pick up another pin, this time against Donny Simpson (Harper). His run ended with an 11-4 loss to eventual third-place winner Esmond Ford (Missouri Baptist), dropping him to the fifth-place match. There, he scored a 10-1 major decision over Blake Santi (Harper).
Simpson is off until Tuesday, Nov. 27 when it travels to Mount Vernon, Iowa to face Cornell in a non-conference dual at 7 p.m.
