Meagan Jacobson begins her second season as Simpson's head dance coach in 2012-13. She will also serve as assistant cheer coach. In her first season, Jacobson developed a strong team that placed 6th in Hip Hop at ISDTA in December 2011.

A native of Indianola and a 2005 graduate of Morningside, Jacobson was active in the dance department and team at Morningside. She brings more than 21 years of dance training with her to Simpson. Jacobson graduated with a double major in corporate communications and advertising while minoring in sports administration and dance. She currently works off campus.

Meagan and her husband Ryan reside in Indianola with their two children: Cooper (4) and Paige (less than one).
